Hosting Maintenance (Important) - updated

We are now taking FTP services down for accounts that have NOT yet migrated.

This is to solve issues where people are uploading files to the old san, and not seeing changes.

If you are unable to access FTP / the file manager and your site is on volume 1,2,3 or 4 then you have 2 options,

1) is to wait it out for your site to migrate (at the moment we are over 1/4 of the way theough these migrates,

2 )create a support ticket using the support system IN YOUR CONTROL PANEL, requesting a “Manual migrate / queue Jump on the migrate”, we will understand what this is for, and process the request.

Please bear in mind that due to high ticket loads during this, it may take longer than expected to get a reply to manual migrate requests.
